How long are your photo sessions?
Photo sessions are typically and hour, but if necessary can run longer or shorter if needed. An hour ensures that there is more than enough time to capture what is needed for your session. If you would like to extend or shorten your time, you are more than welcome to let us know prior to or during your session. Please be mindful that extended sessions may be at an additional cost.
How will I receive my photos?
Photos are sent in a folder digitally via Google Drive, which is an online cloud storage that you more than likely have on your phone already if you are an android user. Photos can be downloaded, shared, or printed through this folder. If for some reason you are still having trouble using Google Drive, another similar option we use is Dropbox. We do offer flash drives for your photos if this option works better for you. Flash drives may be picked up or mailed a few days after your services are completed.
Do you offer prints?
Prints are not included in most packages, but if upon special request you would like prints, I offer this service at an additional charge. Print sizes range between 4x6, 5x7, 8x10 or larger if needed. Prints may be picked up or mailed a few days after your services are completed.
When Will I receive My photos?
Photos are usually returned the next business day. We do ask our clients to allow up to 3 business days (due to high volume) to give us enough time to complete your order.
What type of payments are accepted?
We accept Cash, All major credit or debit cards (AmEx,Discover,Visa,Mastercard), PayPal, Stripe, or Checks. We do not accept gift cards as payment.
how will you use the photos after services are rendered?
Any photo taken can and will be used for advertising here on our website, facebook page or instagram, unless the client has another special request regarding photos to not be released. Otherwise all photos are subject to this.
how do you edit the photos?
When editing, I do touch up or remove things such as blemishes, scars, red marks or cuts. I also touch up hair, skin smoothness, color correct and brighten photos, However, I do not edit your shape or figure, meaning I do not make my clients look “slimmer” or “thicker” than they actually are.
Am I Able to Print My Own Photos?
Yes. You are more than welcome to print your own photos, however, some places do require a release form to print. If this is the case, please let us know before or during your session if you need this for your own personal printing.
Are Payment Plans An Option?
Yes. You can make payments on a larger order, same as cash, no interest. This applies to photo sessions and videography sessions totaling over $200. A Contract is in effect if you select this option.
Do you offer discounts or incentives for clients?
Yes. Every other month or so we run discounts on sessions. If you sign up for our e-mails you can get discounts sent directly to you. We also offer gift vouchers, gift cards, we run giveaways, and other promotional offers.
FREQUENTLY ASKED VIDEOGRAPHY QUESTIONS
how will i receive my video?
All videos are sent digitally, unless otherwise preferred by the client. Through services such as, Google Drive, WeTransfer, One Drive or Dropbox. The client is more than welcome to bring a flash drive, or purchase one of our flash drives for file transfer.
how long will it take to receive my video?
About 7-10 business days, however, due to high volume it may take up to 14-21 business days.
how do i book a video?
Videos can be booked directly through the site, or if you have something more specific in mind, send us an e-mail at aonelenzproductions@gmail.com. We will gather more information about your idea, set up a date and time of completion, you pay your deposit and you are all set!
what if i’m not sure of what i would like for my video, do you coach or direct?
Yes, we also help our clients come up with the specific details for their video if they are unsure of what they want. Some ideas or specifics may cost extra, however.
is there a deposit for booking a video?
Yes the deposit amount depends on the service. This is deducted from the total to reserve your date.
what if i don’t like my video? can i receive a refund?
Due to the nature of the product being digital and service being rendered prior to, there are no refunds. However we are more than happy to correct any issues you may have or re-edit your video one time free of charge, however there will be a service fee of $15 after the first time due to amount of time it takes to render your service/product.
